Since 1982, the Taiwanese Youth Arts Foundation (TYAF) has championed the educational growth of our youth in the Greater Washington DC area. In partnership with the Washington DC Taiwanese School (WDCTS), we are dedicated to recognizing excellence in community service, arts, and academics through our annual scholarship programs.
